My Boston host David Loutzenheiser gave a talk at the Moving Together conference about his work on the MA statewide bicycle plan. More biking, less driving! www.thecollaborative.com A presentation about the gentrification of Lynn 'city of sin', just a short hop north of downtown Boston. Less, cars, more walking and biking. Recently a condo at this formerly down-at-the-heel town sold for $400K+. The question begs: what happens to the locals? Are they going to be priced out?
