Adrian Boss lends a helping hand in Bondi Junction. Adrian Boss gives a fellow two-wheeled commuter a much-needed boost. The BikeEast committee meeting poring over Galfromdownunder shwag: Rute66 DVDs and Bike Friday catalogs. 7.30am yoga on Bondi Beach. The kind of thing you see on an early morning ride. 75 year young Jim rides three times a week on Adrian's Constitutional morning ride - use it or lose it!

A rather groovy hairdressing salon frontage. Another shot of that frontage. Quite a nice idea for an outdoor fence! Asma (cafe owner), me and mum outside Asma's neat little business in Taylor Square. Nice smoothies and sandwiches! Chinese NY in Chinatown ,Dixon St, Sydney. I should have turned around and mooned the camera for this shot but I'm far too ladylike for that ... erm ... Sugar Cane juice from a giant squeezer.

Feeding that sugar cane juice machine. Riding with the Wooly's Wheels guys on a Sunday, from Bronte Beach to Neilson Park and then Woolhara - uphill! Michael Kamahl (second from front) owns the established Oxford St bike shop. A cyclist's snare, or a bike rack, depending on your point of view. Warren Salomon gets me to shoot it and alert the council. Nice and proactive! The Wooly's Wheels riders end their every Sunday ride from Bronte at Flat White, Woolhara. My yellow Bike Friday Pro Petite waits patiently outside. Now there's a serious poledancing shoe - with its own built in pole!
