This house belonged (belongs) to one of Australia's richest men, Alan Bond, of the winged-keel fame. Judging by the traffic jam outside it's probably a ginormous group house at the moment. Crusoe owner Cheryl Lead and I went for lunch in Double Bay, a 2 minute ride down the hill from my place downunder. Yikes ... gotta watch those grates when you're riding with 1" Primo Champs!
